Tour Itinerary

Trip Starts in Delhi / Mumbai & Include Return Air Tickets to Leh. Most Trips we have will begin on Weekends.

Day 1 ARRIVE IN LEH AIRPORT, TRANSFER TO THE HOTEL

This is a free day for you to acclimatize for High Altitude. Around late evening we shall have a Breifing by the Tour Leader. Overnight Stay at Leh

TOUR MEALS: Dinner

Day 2 SHAM VALLEY (75 KM / 2 HRS) WITH RIVER RAFTING

Drive on the Leh – Srinagar Highway. Visit: the Hall of Fame, Kali Mata Temple, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Confluence of River Zanskar & Indus ( Sangam). We will then proceed for a session of River Raftng in the Mighty Zanskar River Followed by Lunch by the River, We will then proceed back to Leh. Overnight Stay at Leh.

Day 3LEH TO NUBRA (135 KM / 5 HRS), CAMEL SAFARI AND CULTURAL SHOW

Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardong Pass. Khardoong La is the Highest Motorable Road in the World & the Pass also has a small Cafeteria which boast itself as the highest Cafeteria in the worlds. We Arrive in Nubra by Early Afternoon. After Some Relaxation in our Rooms we Proceed to Hunder Sand Dunes and Enjoy and Exciting Camel Safari. Later in the Evening we Attend a Cultural Show. Overnight in Nubra Valley.

Day 4WITHIN NUBRA VALLEY - TURTUK & PAKISTAN BORDER

After a relaxed Breakfast we Check out and proceed deep into the Nubra Valley .Turtuk (which is first time opened for the tourist in 2010)is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war . The village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. We will visit the Zero Point where the indian Army has set up a viewing Point to see Pakistan Side . After a quick visit to this village and a Royal House we return to Hunder . Overnight Stay at Nubra Valley

Day 5NUBRA TO PANGONG LAKE VIA SHYOK

After Breakfast we depart towards Pangong Lake (14,500ft), through Shyok Village .En Route we Stop at the village of Diskit and visit the local monastery . Evening is spent around Pangong Lake and exploring the Area. Overnight is at a Camp in Pangong.

Day 6PANGONG TO LEH (160KM / 6 HRS), LOCAL SIGHTS IN LEH

After a relaxed Morning Breakfast we will leave for Leh En route we can take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. We Return to Leh by Afternoon. Early Evening we Step Out to visit the Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Market. Post Dinner we pick you for transfers to your Hotel.

Day 7DEPART FOR LEH AIRPORT

After Early Breakfast we proceed to Leh Airport for our Flights Back.

Our Holidays are Designed for People who like holidays which are offbeat, different and interspersed with adventure activities like River Rafting, Walking etc. Our Emphasis is on Safety, Comfort & a unique local experience. Most Tours Require Basic Physical Fitness. For Ladakh Trips it is important that you consult your physician before traveling.

Activities

This Trip will include Activities like River Rafting in the Indus Valley along the City of Nimoo. Also we will be undertaking a Cultural Show & Camel Safari in Nubra . We also will have one traditional Ladakhi Meal.

How to Reach Delhi

The Tour is Ex Delhi & All Participants will need to Reach Delhi on their Own. Delhi is well connected to India via Direct Flights. Please check with us before you book your tickets. We can also arrange for Pre & Post stay for you in case required at a nominal cost.
